01 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between soua101 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers, or uses any service made available through soua101. By completing the registration process, clicking "I agree", making a first deposit, or otherwise using any feature of soua101, you represent and warrant that:

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction
To be eligible to register and use soua101, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

- Providing a false date of birth during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
Geographic Eligibility

- It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using soua101 is lawful in your jurisdiction. soua101 makes no representation that its services are lawful or available in any jurisdiction other than those for which the Platform is specifically designed.
- Players from jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited by local law are not permitted to register or use soua101.
Personal Capacity
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
- You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by soua101 or any gambling harm prevention scheme.
- You must not be acting as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party when registering or using soua101.
soua101 uses identity verification technology and manual review processes to verify player eligibility. Verification may be requested at any time during the account lifecycle, including at the point of a withdrawal request. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe specified by the Platform may result in account suspension.
03 Account Registration & KYC
To access real-money gaming on soua101, you must create a registered account through the soua101 Login page. Registration is free of charge. Only one account per person, per household, and per device is permitted.
Registration Requirements
- You must provide your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, a valid Bangladesh mobile number, and an active email address during registration.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
- soua101 requires all players to complete KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. KYC verification may also be triggered by large deposits or unusual account activity.
- Accepted KYC documents include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), a valid passport, or a Bangladesh driving licence.
- Additional proof of address may be required in the form of a recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued correspondence dated within the last three months.
- KYC documents must be submitted in a legible, unaltered format. Digitally altered or falsified documents are a serious breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and referral to authorities.
- soua101 processes KYC submissions within 2–5 business days. Players will be notified by email once verification is complete or if additional information is required.
Duplicate Accounts
If soua101 discovers that a player holds more than one account — whether using the same or different personal details — the duplicate accounts will be closed, any bonuses claimed across multiple accounts will be voided, and the remaining balance may be forfeited at soua101's discretion. Players who believe a duplicate account has been created in their name fraudulently should contact support immediately at support@soua101.
04 Deposits & Withdrawals
soua101 operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). All account balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, wagering requirements, and bonus values are denominated in BDT. No currency conversion is applied to BDT accounts.
Supported Payment Methods
- Mobile Money: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — minimum deposit ৳200, processing typically instant to 15 minutes.
- Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank — minimum deposit ৳500, processing 1–3 business hours.

Deposit Terms
- Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. soua101 does not accept third-party deposits.
- soua101 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
- Deposits are credited to your soua101 account balance upon confirmed receipt. In the event of a failed or delayed deposit, contact support at support@soua101 with your transaction reference.
- soua101 reserves the right to request verification of the payment method used for any deposit before crediting funds or processing withdrawals.
Withdrawal Terms
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible.
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 for mobile money methods; ৳1,000 for bank transfers.
- KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Unverified accounts cannot withdraw funds.
- Withdrawals are subject to any active wagering requirements on bonus funds. Real-money deposits not subject to bonus wagering may be withdrawn at any time, subject to the minimum threshold.
- soua101 targets withdrawal processing within 24–48 hours for verified accounts. Actual receipt times depend on the payment provider.
- soua101 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation if suspicious activity, fraud, or a Terms breach is suspected.
05 Bonuses & Promotions
soua101 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time of each offer, which supplement these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that offer only.
General Bonus Conditions
- Bonuses are credited to the bonus wallet and must meet the stated wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be transferred to the withdrawable balance.
- Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount or the deposit plus bonus amount, as specified per offer.
- Bonus funds expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the time period stated in the specific offer terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
- Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device. Players who create multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus more than once will have all bonus-derived winnings voided.
- soua101 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
- Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred between accounts, or used on games excluded from bonus play as specified in the offer terms.
Seasonal and Cricket Promotions
soua101 may offer special promotions tied to specific sporting events (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures) or cultural occasions (including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Bangladesh Victory Day). These promotions are time-limited and subject to their own specific terms published at the time of each offer. Players are encouraged to review promotion terms carefully before opting in.
Bonus Abuse
Any player found to be exploiting bonuses — through the use of multiple accounts, collusion with other players, systematic low-risk wagering designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play (commonly known as "bonus abuse" or "bonus hunting") — will have their bonus and any associated winnings voided. soua101 uses automated and manual monitoring to detect such behaviour and reserves the right to close accounts engaged in systematic bonus abuse.
06 Betting & Gaming Rules
All games and betting markets offered on soua101 are subject to the specific rules published for each product category. The following general rules apply across all gaming products on the Platform.
General Gaming Rules
- All bets and wagers are final once confirmed. soua101 does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except where a manifest error (see below) has occurred.
- Minimum and maximum stake amounts are displayed within each game or market interface. Stake limits may vary by game, market, and account tier.
- soua101 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market that was offered in error, including incorrect odds, incorrect market descriptions, or system errors that resulted in a materially incorrect bet being made available.
- In the event of a game disconnection or technical failure during play, the outcome recorded on soua101's server will be treated as the definitive result. Players who experience a disconnection should contact support immediately with the relevant session details.
Sports Betting Rules
- Cricket betting markets include pre-match and live in-play options for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers Tests, ODIs, and international bilateral series.
- Matches abandoned, postponed, or cancelled without resumption within 48 hours of the scheduled start time will typically result in bets being voided and stakes returned. Specific rules per sport and market are detailed in the sports betting rules section of the Platform.
- Live in-play markets are subject to suspension and settlement delays. soua101 is not responsible for bets placed after an in-play event has effectively concluded but before the market has been formally suspended.
- Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day. These limits are displayed within the bet slip before confirmation.
Casino and Crash Game Rules
- Slot games use certified RNG technology from licensed providers. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are indicative of long-run theoretical return and do not guarantee specific outcomes for individual sessions.
- Live casino games (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi) are governed by the rules of each individual game variant as explained by the live dealer and displayed on screen.
- Crash games including Aviator by Spribe use provably fair mechanics. The crash point for each round is determined before the round begins and cannot be influenced by the Platform or individual players.
07 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on soua101. Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities.
Identity and Fraud
- Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information during registration or KYC verification.
- Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials without their explicit authorisation.
- Creating or operating multiple accounts on soua101 (duplicate accounts).
- Attempting to circumvent identity verification or age verification processes through any means.
Financial Misconduct
- Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using soua101 for any money laundering purpose.
- Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals after receiving gaming services.
- Using stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment instruments to fund your account.
Game Integrity
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or exploit platform mechanics in a non-human manner.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or betting systems. Players who discover a technical error must report it to support immediately rather than exploiting it.
- Colluding with other players in live casino or multiplayer game environments to gain an unfair advantage.
- Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of corrupt conduct in relation to sporting events available on soua101's sports betting product.
Platform Abuse
- Attempting to access soua101's backend systems, databases, APIs, or infrastructure without authorisation.
- Transmitting malware, viruses, or any harmful code via the Platform.
- Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward soua101 staff or other players via any communication channel.
08 Account Suspension & Closure
soua101 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or other illegal activity.
- Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account procedures, including any applicable inactivity fees or balance handling, will be communicated to the player's registered email address before any action is taken.
- At the request of the player — players may close their account voluntarily at any time by contacting support at support@soua101.
- Self-exclusion activation — players who activate self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools available in account settings will have their account suspended for the duration of the exclusion period.
Effect of Account Closure
- On voluntary closure by the player: any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe.
- On closure due to Terms breach: soua101 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, bonus-derived winnings and balances associated with prohibited conduct may be forfeited.
- On self-exclusion: the account cannot be reopened until the exclusion period has expired. Any request to reactivate a self-excluded account before expiry will be declined as a matter of policy.
Disputes and Complaints
If you wish to raise a complaint regarding an account decision, payment dispute, or game outcome, please contact soua101's support team in English at support@soua101. Include your account username, a description of the issue, and any relevant supporting information. soua101 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive resolution within 5 business days.
